The Wohler UK and Wohler-cameras websites are owned and operated by A1 Services Limited. Equipment purchases are not currently available directly from these websites. The downloadable catalogue provides an outline of all available products. Customers will be advised of specification or model changes prior to accepting orders. Orders can be processed by phone /email contact subject to the following terms and conditions.
Equipment that requires calibration is made to order and the lead time in these instances will be quoted at the time of order. We hold a wide range of stock that is normally available for a prompt delivery. Where equipment is out of stock or requires to be manufactured lead times will be quoted, prior to order acceptance.
All the products and available equipment will be sold in £’s sterling and all prices quoted will be subject to VAT (where applicable) and carriage costs. Prices shall be quoted plus VAT for registered business from the Republic of Ireland until written confirmation of their VAT number and verification is complete. Prices are subject to change and in the event of any change/error; the Company will pre-notify any price adjustment prior to processing an order.
Payments are due before shipment is authorised. We accept credit /debit card payments, and cheques. Additionally direct bank payments can be processed with details provided on request. Repair and service orders shall also be paid prior to return of goods.
Equipment can either be collected from the Derby office, by prior arrangement. All other deliveries will be by courier on standard delivery services, unless otherwise agreed. Deliveries are normally next day to most of mainland UK. Outlying areas, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland typically ship on a two day delivery. Text or email to predict delivery times is available at no additional cost, on request by providing an email address or mobile telephone number.
Deliveries are signed for by the recipient upon delivery. Please ensure you check the goods for damage prior to signing the courier document. Notify any damages or shortages to A1 Services on 01332 382233 on receipt of delivery and always within 24hours.
On request, the courier is able deliver your goods to a neighbour.
Right of Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled by letter /telephone / email prior to despatch.
Products may be returned with prior confirmation from A1 Services Limited, if in new and unused condition and within 14 days of receipt.
Products returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order should be accompanied by all relevant customer contact details and contained within the original packaging. A credit may be delayed if contact details are not enclosed with the item.
Returned goods must be carriage paid and insured. Shipment costs will only be refunded in the event of supplying faulty goods or an incorrect item supplied. Where products are damaged or in a used condition on return, we will be unable to refund your returned goods.
Service and Repair
Recalibration, servicing and repairs can be undertaken. All goods returned for any of these services must contain all customer contact details, a description of the work required to be undertaken.
Products for service or repair should be returned to the Derby office address.
